Veritiv CEO Sal Abbate said: “These acquisitions reflect our continued focus on disciplined, strategic growth.

“Quick Pak and Stickel Packaging Supply each bring complementary products, strong customer relationships, and experienced teams that align well with our packaging platform.”

Quick Pak was established in 1999 by Mike Cunningham. From its Tampa site, it supplies film products, packaging machinery and components, strapping and tape to businesses in distribution, food and beverage, and manufacturing.

Cunningham commented: “Joining Veritiv presents an exciting opportunity for our team and our customers. We’ve always been focused on providing dependable service and high-quality packaging solutions, and with Veritiv’s scale, resources, and customer-first culture, we can take that commitment even further.

“We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re energised by what Veritiv makes possible for our customers moving forward.”

Established in 1987 by Hal Stickel, Stickel Packaging Supply is now run by Jeanne Stickel and their two sons, Christopher and Peter Borriello.

From its facility in Lakewood, New Jersey, it provides corrugated packaging, tape, equipment, and stretch film products to customers in New Jersey, the greater Philadelphia area, and Northern Delaware.

Chris and Peter Borriello commented: “Joining Veritiv marks an exciting new chapter for Stickel Packaging Supply.

“With Veritiv’s deep resources, national scale, and commitment to customer success, our team is well-positioned to continue delivering exceptional service while expanding opportunities for growth.”

In March, Veritiv deepened its collaboration with Packsize, a business known for its sustainable, on-demand packaging technologies.

The expanded partnership targets growth in automated corrugated packaging, as companies and their clients look for ways to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs.
