Black Shed Wines Proves That Simplicity Doesn’t Mean Boring

Black Shed Wines’ packaging, designed by Black Squid, leans into contrast and simplicity, using a stark black-and-white palette to create a bold visual identity. The label features an abstract, wavy-lined emblem that mimics the natural grain of charred wood, referencing the winery’s name and origins.

The textured paper label adds a tactile element, reinforcing the handcrafted feel. The bottle cap continues the theme with distorted stripes, carrying the branding seamlessly from top to bottom. The overall design is clean but impactful, standing out with minimal elements that tell a deeper story.
