Adobe Announces Changes, Including Price Hikes, To Creative Cloud Subscriptions

Software developer Adobe has announced a change to its pricing. Like all Adobe announcements for the past few years, the focus once again revolves around Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Starting next month, Creative Cloud All Apps will change to Creative Cloud Pro, and the monthly sticker price will increase from $59.99 to $69.99. Annually billed subscriptions will also increase from $659.99 to $779.99.

Changes to Creative Cloud that make it “Pro” equate to more access to Adobe’s AI features, like unlimited use of Generative Fill, access to the collaborative whiteboard app Firefly Boards, and the ability to switch between generative AI models like OpenAI’s GPT and Google’s Imagen. Cloud Creative Pro will also include 4,000 monthly credits for Adobe’s “premium” audio and video generative features like Translate Video and Translate Audio, Generative Video, and Translate and Lip-Sync.
