Salt Bae Is No More, But At Least There’s Lange Salt Co.

Lange Salt Co.’s packaging, designed by Creature Theory leans into high-impact simplicity with a punchy bright cyan backdrop and metallic gold accents.

The custom script logo sits front and center, bookeneded by geometric framing. “PURE FLAKE” and “SEA SALT” are stacked in bold caps, evenly spaced and cleanly aligned, creating an industrial-but-approachable tone. The side panel seal, a diamond-ringed emblem, feels archival, almost scientific. It’s a salt worth remembering.

Matt Ebbing, Founder & Chief Creative Director of Creature Theory, shares more about the design process below.
