SunDance to Offer Innovative Cube-Shaped Pouch Packaging from Sun Centre

SunDance, an award-winning leader in commercial printing and packaging in the Southeastern U.S., is now offering clients innovative, highly efficient pouch packaging that uses 30 percent less material than a typical stand-up pouch and maximizes content volume by reducing package headspace. SunDance is one of a select few facilities able to produce the revolutionary cube-shaped packaging using in-line equipment and professional operator training from Sun Centre, creator of the patent-pending POUCH3 cube design.

New benefits for the consumer-packaged goods industry include a single film process that reduces material consumption and larger fill and access openings for contents ranging from snacks to liquids. A low-density polyethylene base provides outstanding flexibility and durability. Combined with ecofriendly films, recyclable foils, and similar green options available from SunDance, POUCH3 enhances sustainability without compromising performance or aesthetics.

“SunDance provides a wide variety of flexible packaging to meet client needs, and we are excited to be the first in Florida to offer this game-changing pouch,” said JohnHenry Ruggieri, SunDance President. “The box-like format of POUCH3 enables six-sided printing and optimal stackability, making it an instant hit with product marketers.”

SunDance offers countless options to create stand-out packaging, from full-color digital printing with variable data, to clear, white, or metalized films for visibility, protection, or opacity, to custom finishes like soft-touch laminate, spot UV, and eye-catching foil accents.

This announcement further demonstrates the SunDance commitment to delivering marketing solutions that are innovative, competitive, and sustainable.
