Taylor Ham or Pork Roll? Who Cares, Now It’s a Vodka

Taylor Ham or Pork Roll? Who Cares, Now It’s a Vodka

New Jersey distiller 3BR has made a name for itself by releasing its Elevator series, a batch of limited-release experimental spirits like tomato or turmeric-infused vodka that, in truth, don’t sound all that bad.

Now, the distillery is going after arguably New Jersey’s most famous sandwich—the pork roll.

Dubbed 011 PEC on Everything, the vodka liquor is a pork roll, egg, and cheese-flavored drink made in collaboration with Jersey bagel shop Planet Bagel. Of course, this version of the pork roll involves an everything bagel, which is fine if that’s your thing (Delaware guy entering the chat—it’s better on a roll). Using distilled pork roll and bagel seasoning, malt rye extract, and lactose sugar for the melted cheese flavor, naturally, the liqueur is sure to intrigue or gag the senses.
