BamJam Slathers On the Charm For Protein-Packed Fruit Spread


When one thinks of fruit jams and spreads, “protein” doesn’t usually come to mind. 

However, with a growing interest in protein-packed food and cleaner ingredients, it was only a matter of time before the jams and jelly world found itself a better-for-you contender.

BamJam is the new entrant in the fruit spread space. Gen Z founder Cristian Gaggi was inspired by his childhood memories of eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but no longer enjoyed them in college because of the sugar-addled offerings in the jam aisle. Bored of protein bars and seeing better-for-you innovations in bread and peanut butter, he set out to create a collagen-packed fruit spread with no added sugar.
