Star athletes getting featured on cereal boxes is nothing new.

Wheaties has been doing so for nearly a century, in fact, their first being Lou Gehrig way back in 1934. And while it’s a pillar of their brand packaging, at this point, the Wheaties athlete thing does feel a bit… stale.
