Gandy started in customer service and later moved into sales and sales management. The new position will have her oversee operations in the liner division, covering service delivery, growth plans and team support.

She currently leads CRG’s release liner sales team and participates in sector groups, serving as chair of the Tag and Label Manufacturer Institute’s Label Leaders of Tomorrow group and taking part in the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council’s marketing committee.

CRG president Cindy White said: “Ginnie has earned this opportunity through her commitment to our customers, her leadership, and the example she sets for her team.

“She understands this business from multiple angles, and that perspective makes her especially well-suited to lead our liner division.”

Hoffman began his career at CRG in plant-based roles, including manufacturing and scheduling, before moving into procurement and estimating.

He later shifted into account management. As general manager of the label division, he will work on expanding the product range, maintaining short lead times and managing service performance.

White added: “Alex brings a deep understanding of our business and a thoughtful approach to where we can go next. He has worked across so many parts of the organisation, and that experience gives him a strong foundation for leading our label division.”

CRG supplies pressure-sensitive materials, blank labels and custom release liners.
