The bigger the brand, the bigger the redesign—and it doesn’t get much bigger than Walmart.
The behemoth retailer has just unveiled a massive overhaul of its flagship private label brand, Great Value, including the redesign of nearly 10,000 food and household items. That’s a lot of .ai files.
“Great Value is already in 9 out of 10 U.S. homes, so with that kind of legacy, the team needed to ensure we were thoughtfully evolving the brand with this redesign,” says Maya McDonald, Senior Director of Always-On Consumer & Campaigns at Walmart. “Maintaining the consumer trust and credibility we’ve already built was critical throughout the process, while ensuring that the new design felt like a meaningful upgrade.”
