HMC Products to Showcase IMTN5 Pouchmaster HFFS Machine at PACK EXPO Las Vegas

HMC Products, a ProMach product brand, will showcase its IMTN5 Pouchmaster Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine in Booth W-1134 at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025, September 29 – October 1, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

HMC is a leader in manufacturing, refurbishing, and servicing of horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) machines. Its packaging solutions serve a wide range of industries, including food, snacks, cosmetics, healthcare, and others.

The IMTN5 Pouchmaster is a flexible machine engineered for high-speed filling of liquid products into pouches with a top die cut. It can produce gusset bottom pouch sizes ranging from 2” x 2” to 3.75” x 9.5”, at a rate of 110 parts per minute.

Key features of the IMTN Pouchmaster Series include increased fill time per pouch cycle to support higher-speed filling, a servo-driven product transfer funnel system that indexes in sync with the pouch index to insert a traveling funnel into the top of each pouch, and improved pouch material handling through an optional power web unwind system. Additionally, the machine allows for extended fill times by enabling the nozzle to travel with the pouch over four cycles, enhancing overall efficiency and precision.
