The concept is rooted in time of day, with each product named appropriately. Amanecer (dawn), Mediodia (midday), and Atardecer (sunset), all built around a central circle motif that reads unmistakably as the sun moving across the Spanish sky. That circle in the center of the label is unadorned, perfectly centered, and just slightly lighter than its label background. We often see premium olive oils still default to crests, maps, and olive branch illustrations, but Almonte lets a color-coded celestial system take over, and on the shelf filled with neon-green squeeze bottles, this one definitely feels more elevated.
